Art psychotherapy for  adults and children

About

My clinical experience spans inpatient and outpatient mental health services, private practice and school settings. Working across these different contexts has shaped a practice grounded in care, safety and collaboration. My own creative background has also influenced how I think and work as a therapist. The arts can open up different ways of experiencing and making sense of ourselves, others and the world around us. This openness informs an approach that remains responsive to each person's lived experience and what emerges through the therapeutic process.
